[Lesley Dunn; Great Lakes Cleanup Fund (Canada)]. Fish and Wildlife Habitat Habitat Resources Program. The Habitat Resources Program provides guidance for land-use activities in Oregon that affect fish and wildlife habitats. These recommendations are provided to the state, federal and local.

Habitat is a combination of environmental factors that provides food, water, cover and space that a living thing needs to survive and reproduce.
